Hi, I'm new to the forum. Just bought a used 2015 251CE. Very excited. Couple questions for the group and I appreciate the help.

1) is there a nice boat cover you all recommend? I want to cover the whole boat, up under the t-top and over the rails. Cover will be used on a boat lift, so can be put on from standing in the water.

2) is there a ski pylon part for this boat? Or does the group know if I can tow a tube from the T-top (wakeboard boat style)?

Thanks very much!

Not sure if there's an off-the-shelf cover - maybe someone else can give better info - but any local shop should be able to make whatever you want.

T-top's typically aren't designed for doing watersports - unless purposefully designed for it. But you will know that if there's a tow swivel already there. Grady may have a pylon set-up, but a better way to go is to use a Turbo Swing (google it).

Having had full covers on my 2 prior 24’ boats and dealing with the PITA of putting them on from my lift, I opted for just a standard sized center console cover ($225 at Fishmasters.com):

Here are the part numbers and info for the ski pylon option ($2,400 with tax and shipping):

Highly recommend these covers. He has every boat already custom patterned so he makes them quick. They are high quality and easy to take on and off. Clip to the under side of the t-top rails and have a big sipper on one side ( Make sure you tell him which side) and a draw string to pull tight around the rubrail. Very well built. My last one lasted about 7 years and I sold it with the boat with only a few areas I had reinforced with a patch. I think he had mine done in under a week and I had a 25 SeaCraft that was already 15 years old at the time. He has patterns for everything. I had him add lower curtains to mine because I had a black hull and was entering more coverage. I strapped it to my trailer but easy to use on a lift too.
