I recommend snapping some pulleys on the eyes where the lines make their turn. I used singles on the end eyelets for the long lines and on the middle eyes for the short lines. I don't think double pulleys are necessary.
There are fancier and more expensive pulley eyelets but these are a simple big improvement.

I run equal length long and short riggers. Short is forward and long is aft - just don't push short all the way up. Better geometry for the short fishing line. Easier to stow and setup. Rupp haylocks on rope with hidden cam-cleat to tension. Black's clips.
