Folks I have seen a number of 330 Express fitted with Rod holders on the aft of the Fishbox. Any idea on how the are mounted with out compromising the fish box wall? Thanks

the fishbox and upper transom are two different things. the fishbox is a drop in. don't know exactly how to get around the box for a bolt-thru (you can pop the box out) but the transom must have some meat to screw into. gw will be able to tell you how thick your year transom is. ron
Also, if you have the refrigerated box back there, be careful with the refrigerant lines when removing the box.
I mounted singles on each side. If you have the 350's you have to be careful..The engines come right to the back of the box. If I rember right I was able to reach the bolts through the vent or cup holders on one side and the storage box on the other.
The box does come out. I installed my own freezer box system..and had to remove it, It's a tight fit and lots of caulking. I don't think it's worth th effort for rod holders.
