We just recently installed twin 300 Suzukis on our 2006 330 Express with a tower. The motors literally have about an hour on them. The stock 3 blade props ( I think 16x18) do ok, but I know she can do better. Best we saw was 5800 RPM at full throttle. Best cruise was 4800 RPM at 26 Knots buring 29GPH...I know she can do much better than that..Looking to hear others experience with finding the correct props for their 330 Express after a repower to twin 300's. Hoping you can help me shorten the prop testing phase. Thanks!!

**Edited to add*** I am not looking for top speed. I am ooking for maximum efficiency at reasonable speed. 26 knots is my basement at cruise, but we do long range offshore trips. So I am looking for the best fuel burn at 25-26 knots.

Sounds like a great set up you have there. Have a 05 w/o the tower but with the 300 zukes. Been trying to find out what 4 blade props guys have been putting on the boats and what kind of performance they've seen. Was wondering if you got 4 blades and how they were working ?

I bought Power tech OFS4 15.25x15 pitch 4 blade props.
They are on Yamaha 300s which are on my 2001 3300 Express, no tower, boat is bottom painted, boat is full of fuel and water.
I can tell you this, we went out for a ride, 11 people, 4200rpms and we were at 32 mph
It felt like it had so much more
After Break in 5500 RPMs at 40 mph, my Yamaha Dealer thinks that if I try to get more RPMs with a different prop I will probably over Rev.
This combination works great, i can stay on plane as low as 3200 RPMs
They bite great, She pops right out of the water, reverse is no problem,
I typically Cruise at 4000 rpms at 30 mph with a 1.1 mile per gal thru anything,
