335 Freedom ski pylon - how to plug the hole?

Went to remove my ski pylon on my 335 freedom today and realized the threaded hole leaves a 1.5” hole into the bilge. Anyone removed this and found a nice looking threaded plug that works? I’d like to be able to put the pole back when needed just don’t like havin it installed full time and it’s a problem for my cover.

First, congratulations on removing it, there have been some mighty struggles, and failures, here in the past. For a buck or two, you could start with a PVC plumbing plug from Lowes, just to see what kind of threads you have. For variety, Mcmaster Carr.
