The numbers... prop, RPM and vent plate all sound very good. Continue on with the other test. The other variables here could be a dirty bottom or damaged prop (but in likelihood you would not have gotten that 5,800RPM, then)... also physically check the motor is going all the way down (although that's an unlikely scenario, it is still a possibility).
