96 marlin aft floor

I have a 96 marlin and I have some soft spots on the aft deck, I want to pull up the hatch and replace the wood underneath anyone have any links to show what they did or have advice ? I’ve searched here and on Facebook but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.
