Added Cockpit Speakers to 330 Express

I’ve added a pair of 6 1/2” speakers for the cockpit. I routed them thru a exterior grade volume control I found online. The Aluminum cans came off of EBay. Rockville 6.5 for $95. The volume control is an OSD Audio HD-OVC 305R from Whole House Audio. The speakers are Aquatic AV 6.5 Pro’s. The volume control is the gray box between the stereo and the VHF. I also installed a wired remote for the stereo down in the cabin next to the breaker panel.

Any chance of another picture or two of how those rod holders are set up? Always looking for more rod storage on mine, and this looks interesting.

Three follow up questions!

The tower leg holders, are they just welded onto the tower leg, offset from the factory holders? How well does that set up work - my use case would be clearing rods from a trolling spread.

For the middle gunnel mount holders, what angle are they? 15 / 30 / 0? These I wish to add this spring.

For the transom mount rack - are those thru bolted into the fish box? Any issues with insulation etc. from that approach?

Just added it up - you have at least 16 more rod holders than my boat has!

the rocket launcher on the transom is thru bolted, but not thru the fish box. It was probably installed at the factory. I don’t know the history of the tower leg rod holders? Some are unusable because of the curtains. I have actually considered cutting a couple of them off so they don’t ruin my $5000 enclosure. We never fish more then 6 lines. I’m the second owner And they were all there when I bought the boat. They are all welded on. The middle gunwale rod holders are zero degree.
