I added one to my 2001 330. we unsrewed the panel in the v-birth and removed the divider and panel below that. The thruster is located in that area. I put a group 31 battery in the storage area in the very front of the V-birth, where the panel just lift out. All my electrical components are in there. I also put a separate single bank charger in there and plugged it in behind the fridge. I used a Lewmar Thruster. I also used a Blue Sea magnetic battery switch, which is controlled by a small switch on the console. If the thruster should ever take off on its own you can kill the power from the helm. New England Bow Thruster is a friend and he helped us out. Another friend is a glass guy, he drilled the hole and glassed in the tube. I also put one in my Marlin. Best thing to add to your boat. Over kill on the size of the motor is not a bad thing. If you need pics I can get them.
