You're going to need a pump. My Grady uses Shurflo like in the link above. The next bit is access to a thru hull. I would use a "Y" valve in order to divert off an existing one rather than drill a new hole is my bottom. Then you're going to have to find a place to install a hose bib. http://www.gradywhite.com/180/comspecs/ That's a pic of the factory installation on the current Fisherman 180. It is a factory option not standard. If you download the factory manual for the Fisherman it should show both hose routing and a wiring diagram. You'll need to run wiring from the batteries to the pump and a switch on the console.

Not a huge job if you already have the livewell option. You can tap into the thru-hull and use a Y-valve, as the previous poster mentioned.
Get as big a pump as your wallet will allow you...the extra pressure makes a difference.
