I'm replacing the AFT Bilge Pump and float switch. The wiring of the pump was easy - black to black and brown to brown. However, there are only 2 black wires for the float switch which has 2 grey wires. Does it matter which black wire is attached to each grey wire? Im thinking this simply completes the circuit and it wouldn't really matter. This is for a 2006 330 Express. Any help would be appreciated.

The first float switch lead is joined (spliced or bus bar) into the positive lead from the pump and the second float switch lead is connected (eventually) to a positive battery terminal. The specifics for the second lead vary depending upon the complexity of the rest of your bilge pump set up. The simplest connection is directly to a positive battery terminal with an in-line fuse.
