im adding an amp to my stereo. so far, the best place i can think of to mount it is on the back side of the fold-down door inside the console that provides access to the back of the dash. mounting on this door would prevent any screws from going through the outside of the console, prevent it from getting bumped into, splashed, or messed with, and would allow the door to still fold down all the way. it would also provide great access to make adjustments. I would obviously leave enough slack in the cables and wires to prevent any pulling at any door position. i

is there anything im not thinking of?

Yea, I got nothing...could not really figure it out either..I have a Autopilot in the console and if you do not have that it will fit there....

I’m not sure what year Chase you have but I have a 2003 Chase 263. Plenty of mounting points in the head area. I don’t use that toilet and it’s mostly storage so you could glue some pvc panels to one of the walls in there (to avoid damaging gel cost or screws popping through) and mount your amp to that. You might lose a storage area (I have some nets mounted from the factory but I would guess that’s the best spot. This winter I’m going to upgrade my stereo so I’ll keep you posted!
