another newbie, washdown pump question

I have a 87 offshore pro 24 (248g). I’m looking for the wash down/ live well pump?? I can see the y valve on the back transom in the livewell but cannot find the pump.
Also anyone can tell me how to fill the freshwater tank. I apologize up front for the dumb questions. thank you for any help you can give.

If it is working, I would think that you could hear it run, and find it by sound. Turn everything off, turn on the key, check the fuse, or reset the breaker, Check power to your switch with a volt meter, turn it on, and stick your head in the bilge. If it is a demand pump, turn on the spigot for the washdown hose.
If it is not running, start at that spigot, and work back to the pump.
