I get it guys, I do.. heh. I only ran a short distance to see if I could feel the surge. That is the big indicator. If I had not felt it, I would be worried. Each time they locked up, the surge did not occur.
Last night, it did, so.. I think the heat is because the end of the trip was a lot of maneuvering.. well, not a lot.. heh, pretty good at trailering when I have one that works.. lol.. but you get the idea. It needed the brakes, vs the "going out" only a couple times.
So, all in all, I think they are fine. That being said, I cannot wait to replace the other axle and the rest of the moving parts. Thing still makes me nervous as I hate the trailer..
I have a slip reserved for Sat and Sun night at Port A.. so, will see how she does. Either way, I think we will be fine.
Lost my drone pilot though.. his daughter is sick Will have to get the drone on auto pilot for short bursts.. no biggie.
