I want to replace bang plate on my 2005 265 Express at the end of season. Already received part from GW. Anyone know how much time it takes to complete this job ? Thanks\

Motors have to come off so it does take a while. If you have the equipment to do that probably not bad. You will want to inspect all of the transom when you get the plate off. My Marlin needed glass work done as well.

Half a day. Could be less... could be more... depends on how efficiently you work and what kind of tools you have available (most notably, how you are going to lift the engines - as SeeVee mentioned). A couple come-a-longs can do it depending on what you have overhead... or build.
