Newbie here. A question in regards to charging my batteries while they are on the boat. Single outboard, 2 battery system. Single switch (Batt #1, Batt #2, or Both). No shore power connection.
Do I connect the charger leads to the Pos. and Neg. of each individual battery or do I connect the leads to Pos. of battery #1 and the Neg. to #2? Thanks.

You have to charge them individually OR hook up the leads to one battery and put your battery switch on ALL. With the switch off and one lead connected to positive on battery one and the other to ground on battery two, it will not charge both batteries because they are two seperate banks at that point. The grounds are the only thing that are common. You would need an additional battery cable joining the two batteries on the positive side (same thing as switching your battery switch to ALL).
