I did disconnect the batteries over the winter. In reconnecting there is a green wire that has an end that fits a terminal. I can't find directions on which terminal?

My guess would be it connects to a negative terminal.
Before connecting it, I would make an attempt to find out what doesn't work. Then after you connect the green wire, those things should now work. Does that green wire have an inline fuse?

Well... the "directions" would be the ones you wrote down BEFORE you disconnected :)

Sounds like a charger or grounding wire. Unless someone has been messing around with things, it won't be a positive.
