There should be six screws around the top of it that will need to be removed. You will also need to cut the caulk with a razor blade, and disconnect both the drain hose and livewell fill hose, if applicable. Depending on how much play is in your hoses, you may be able to work it loose and lift it up far enough to get to the hose clamps. If not, you will have to go in from the side, under the jumpseats.
