Bonding/Ground plate on 330?

2004 Grady 330 Express:
This is under the generator, is there a bonding plate on the 330? What is this?

There is a Dynaplate installed on my 330. On page 7-32 of my owners manual it shows the Dynaplate and states "Aft Rigging Area Undergenerator Subfloor"
