Do not sleep on this... Mine was in much better condition and snapped in half. Foam core. I ended up buying some generic (wood core) one and slapped that on. I could have contoured the base of it that bolts into the bow but its alright. Sits a little low but the original posts up to the rail still fit etc... Good luck.
