Buying From SIM - Another Reason

Ok, we know Andy gives a nice discount, fast service, and is easy to deal with. Another reason I'm not buying parts elsewhere - he sends you everything you need to do the job. Example - you tell him you want to do your water pump. He doesn't just send you the water pump kit, he sends EVERYTHING you need to do the job, even if you need part numbers separate from the water pump kit. Look at it this way - you can buy your parts elsewhere, get the old parts out, and find out the parts you ORDERED are not all the parts you NEED. Kiss your weekend goodby.

Yep. A short phone call saying what you think you want to do and, "so, you can send me all the stuff for that right?", and wait a few days for the UPS guy to deliver it all. :dance
