Has anyone sent the cabin cushion covers through the washer? Covers are off a 2001 Marlin, so its vinyl and fabric, plastic zippers. No tags so unsure how to clean them up on our 'new to us' boat.

If you do go that route, take them to a laundromat with a LARGE tumbler machine. I just did that to my 2 piece boat cover this week, and there was no stress on the fabric. Do not use a machine with a center agitator.

Sure, that's why they're removable! :)

They're small enough that any home washer will be fine. I just wouldn't dry them with high heat. Maybe even stop the dryer before they're totally finished and hang them to let them air dry the rest of the way.

I wouldn't dry them in the drier at all unless there was a care tag that said the dryer was OK to use

Agree, no agitator at home on delicate cycle and hang to dry.

I have used our washing machine, works well.

I've done it. Washed and dryed with no issues. Pretty sure I used the delicate and low heat settings.

Did you put them back onto the foam?

Mine were to far gone to even consider removal and the washer. Ended up just recovering.
