Cabin Overhead Panel Replacement

Well I've restored nearly everything on my 2008 305 Express. Most people see it and struggle to determine what year it is. Looks a lot newer than 2008.
One of the last things I need to do is fix the sagging vinyl on the overhead panel in the cabin where the lights attach.
Anyone removed these before? I don't see how they are attached but guessing it's an adhesive.
I want to remove them and glue the vinyl back in place. It's in good shape, but just separating from whatever board it is attached to.

We did it on our 330 express. Get a good paint scraper . They are put up with adhesive I used gorilla glue that comes in a caulk tube to reinstall. It grabs and holds quick.

Had the same issue took the down and replaced the upholstery…
