Have an 03 Seafarer and the cabin window screens are shot, I took them off they looked so bad but would like to replace them. Where does one get new ones as it looks like there isn't a way to just replace the screens.

Many thanks.

That is a good question. I'd take some pictures of your windows and send them to GW Cust Service via web. They should be able to tell you if they can have the screens replaced. If not, ask for the manufacturer and try reaching out directly. Another option would be to try a local place that does screen work. Maybe they can offer some ideas. They sell high quality fabric screen now, so you may be able to do something yourself..

I called Grady, I can get the new screens with the brand new replacement window I would have to buy. I guess it is all part of the window. Don’t overnight in the boat so I still have the frames I might take them to a screen store and see if they have suggestion.

GW does not support the older screens. I do not know the difference between the new ones and 2003 or 2005 ones, maybe they would work. I contacted Water Bonnet, since they did the windshield and heard nothing but crickets. I am looking for some also and will go back to local dealer and push for info on vendor for the windows. All you can do is keep screaming. Post a solution if you find one.

I'm sure a screen comes with a new window. Can Grady give you the manufacturer so you can try to contact directly?
If so, I'd call them with your story and see if they will make an exception. All you need is a decent person on the other end of the line.
If that doesn't work. tell them your not alone and that they should consider offering parts (starting with the screen) as a revenue source.
Lastly tell them that ii isn't practical to buy an entire window for a new screen and you'll do it yourself with glue and new fabric. Its a shame the thing will look like a hack but you need a screen. Hope it doesn't hurt your reputation out there on the seven seas.
