Can anyone direct me toward the manufacturer of these clip inserts? They look like a square version of the V-Lock Bent Aluminum Insert sold on Boat Outfitters. Thank you for the help.

I'm interested in these but every imsge above shows the rod holder leaning into the boat if the bracket is mounted on the interior gunwale wall, inside the boat. Can the rod holder be flipped around to slide in with it leaning out of the boat?

Just bought these off Amazon given previous post direction (thanks KY Grady!!!).

They fit perfect directed in or out. Just would need to mount the bracket within 5” of your top most horizontal surface in order to position the rod holder out.
