Relatively simple job in most cases for a canvass shop assuming the canvas is in good shape.. I have replaced my own on a 25 foot WA boat.
There are a few tricks but the easiest method is to install new plastic over the old panels and when all sewn in, cut out the old panel.( OK, it's a bit more complicated in reality) That will help insure that the original shape of the entire panel stays the same.

FYI, don't limit yourself to looking for ONLY 226's. The process is the same for all setups and the boat model means nothing. There's not much more I can add to Seasick's advice, other than to say... "ditto". Those are pretty much your two options. Since you're replacing... do you want to add "smilies" (a zippered, opening section)?
