Is it possible to paint a car?

You can either re-spray with new gel or paint it. Another option is wrapping it - although I don't know how durable that is?

I assume wrap is least expensive... how much to regelcoat or paint?

I had my BW 23 Outrage sprayed with gelcoat by pro's and they did a awesome job while i saw several paint jobs eithe done bad or done well but still flaking off after some time, even using Awlgrip.
For this reason i suggest to have it sprayed with gelcoat and by professionals.
