Changing Impeller - Fisher Panda 4200

Well it’s been several years since I changed the impeller so decided it was time. This is a PIA on my ‘06 Grady 330 Express. It requires removing the 4 bulkhead bolts and i used some wood to tilt the generator forward. Here’s some pictures from today’s job. Set aside some money for a chiropractor afterwards!!!

I think I just melted my impeller over the weekend. Do you have the diesel? I have a gas Kohler 5E on my 2004 330 Express, I hope the impeller change is easier...

Just had my Diesel Fisher Panda serviced on my 335 Freedom by a great Yamaha Service tech and his agile son in St Pete. I can confirm it is really difficult and best money I ever spent. 8 years old and runs great
