Clean Mildew off Clear Vinyl

Hello, folks. I have a 2005 Tournament 225. Bought last year. Prior owner had clear vinyl in under seat storage for a while, and it has mildew stains. Would prefer not to replace it. Any recommendations as to how to do a deep clean for this?

Did a decent wash before hanging them up for winter storage in garage. Worked a bit but I think it will take more than just another wash.
How can I tell the difference between the different types of vinyl material?

Dennis is correct, try a mild (boat) soap and fresh warmish water first. The easiest place to hang the panels to dry ( or to scrub for that mater) is to mount on the boat. That also helps keep their shape as they dry. If you have problems getting the panels to 'reach' the snaps, soak the canvas well and it will relax.
Do not use any abrasives or treatments like RainX. If the clear vinyl is cloudy, that is another story. They may or may not be fixable.
An experienced canvas person can probably tell strataglass from other products but I can't. I suspect they are not Strataglass though

Either of those products should work on isinglass and I have used the 210 on strata glass it doesn’t seem to harm it. strata glass is actually tougher than isinglass. I just separated the two types because strata glass has their own product. Strata glass has a UV coating that supposedly allows it to stand up better to the sun.

You should be fine to use a mild solution of bleach/water, as well. You don't need much bleach, at all, to do the job.
