Are you referring to the flat piece of plexiglass? You should be able to source that around town and just cut it to fit. Plenty of places online where you can order small plexi sheets, too. Mcmaster is one that comes to mind - google will find lot's of sources.

The covers, cover the gauges and circuit breakers. They attach to the helm area with hinges. They fold up and down. Thanks for your reply Dennis

You're welcome. Based on what you're writing, it sounds like getting a piece of plexi and cutting to fit should be an easy, low cost way to do what you want.

If these are like mine, they are amber tinted and curve at the top ledge and attach to the hinges. I would try Boat Outfitters and see if they can make some up for you if you send yours in. I heard they did some custom work like that.
