My aft and port side cockpit cooler boxes did not get under 50 degrees today. Both were set for 0 degrees, air cooler pump was on and sea cock open. Water was circulating. All I got was a cold line up high in the aft box and medium cool in the rt box after 4 hours.

Any thoughts

Probably needs a re-charge. I'd shoot an email off to GW Cust Service or ask your dealer and see what they say.

Black controls.
Today the port box cooled but aft did nothing. I suspect lack of coolant also. Frustrating if that is the case because Grady should have tested them prior to shipping the boat.

I don't think so. I had the same controls on my 330 and they were kinda "funny" to get them started and keep both coolers cooling at specific temp. I had my dealer come to my boat (walking distance) and show more than once how to use them. The mistake i was making was that when i was setting the aft cooler to a specific temperature i had to "save it" some how ( i don't remember now) in order to set the front cooler and also save that temperature. Give your dealer a call he should be able to help you even over the phone. If one cooler gets the temp. you want, it should be enough coolant inside to do both, if it wasn't you wouldn't get the cooler to cool.

we shall see if they can get it going. I followed the Grady manual instructions and the instructions specific for the cooler boxes. They dont respond like the instructions say. To get into the factory program mode you are supposed to hols the set button for 8 seconds and the screen should read 00. I can hold the set button all day and get nothing to change. I was pretty sure (the best of may ability) that both boxes were set to cool down to 0 degrees and set the same way. If it is my error then I will be the first to admit...but maybe more time should have been spent on this at the delivery.

Having same issue. Tried all suggestions excepe reaching out to Grady Cust service. Are tgese rechargable with automotive refrigerant? Where are the cooling components?

Sorry for the typos…

Just another thing to have issues. Too many bells and whistles to drive up cost on many boats.

I’m having same issues on my 360 coolest I could get was 50F at the port cockpit cooler and 40F at the fish box after more than 4hrs; tAir temp was about 75-80F.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes have seen all of those.
Today I turned just the cooler behind the port seat and it did cool down to 25 on thermostat but thermometer read 30.
But at least I know it cooled down.
So now my next question.
Is it possible to cool box the fish box and cooler at same time?
Maybe it just need a boost of Freon.

It’s only one compressor for both units on the 360

Unless you are a HVAC technician, I do not recommend trying to recharge. You can do more harm than good.
If the boat is new, refrigerant should not have leaked out

Anyone know if both coolers are on the 360 express are able to cool down to freeze temperature at the same time?

if they don’t any suggestions.
