Should have some metal washers on the underside of the pads. Use a small Phillips screwdriver and you should find a screw. Remove one screw per washer, then the pad should lift straight up. At least that is how mine are on the 2009 330.
You have to poke around some with the screw driver to get the right angle as mentioned and they usually come right our. Don't be surprised if the combing pad clips are rusted away. Some of mine on a 2004 Sailfish just crumbled when touched. Dealers or marine store will usually have them in stock. Good luck
Look under and on thew bottom of the bolsters you will see small 1/4 " maybe 3/8" round grommets put your Phillips screwdriver in there and point it upwards . You mat have to try and feel the screw head, once you find one the rest will be easier to find . Undo all of them and then lift the bolster upwards , bolsters sit on J brackets .
Legend, on my old boat 228,1999 model, they were as good as new , she was a freshwater boat until I bought her in 2011 but I only used her in salt, offshore fishing.
