Cooler size Sportsman 180?

I just bought a 2000 Grady Sportsman 180 and want to buy a cooler before i pickup the boat for under the RPS (Helm Seat) I have called three Grady dealers on the West Coast and not one of them could tell me which size fits which i found surprising. Can any 180 owners out there tell me which Igloo Marine Cooler fits under the helm seat and allows for cooler to open by lifting the seat? I am pretty sure it's a 72 quart or 94 quart but want to make sure before purchasing. Thanks,

You will not be able to open the cooler under the helm seat, you have to pull the cooler out. Its been 4 years since I sold my 180 so I can't remember the cooler size. But if memory serves me, the space is not as high as it needs to be to use the cooler that fills the space horizontally.

I just purchased an Igloo 94 qt and it fits perfectly under the reversible helm seat. As Capeguy stated, you will need to pull the cooler out from under the seat to open it, since there is only about 18" under the seat.

A Colmen 100 qt would fits as well, but my personal preference has been the Igloo.

The best price I have found for the Igloo 94 qt was from Academy Sports. It was $92 shipped.
