Fine tooth blade on both table saw and jig saw

Tap Plastics has the material you want + will sell you the all important jig saw blade to cut the material.
I bought enough material to make two panels in case I screwed one up.

Is that carbon fiber material that is the same or very similar commonly available. Anybody know of manufacturer/supplier or product name or number for that stuff?
