Deck plates,

Hey everyone, I'm looking to replace my deck plates on my 86 seafarer. What color should I order and how do you measure for the correct size? Edge to edge of the trim ring or edge to edge of the cap? Any suggestions on where and what brand you all prefer would be welcome. Thanks in advance!

Beckson 6" would be my choice. For my 2004, I would go with Beige color. Even with the sun bleach, white is to white. The beige color would blend better. Most manufacturers measure by the pop/screw out plate, not the ring.

I just called and bought some 6" from Beckson and they have the the beige colour manufactured for Grady White.

+1 on above. In the middle of a project, I just bought 2 bright whites 6" from West Marine.

Now I have a new hood ornament :rolleyes:
