Nice! That’s really the way to do it. My old fashion meter is working good and my Gen set is 5kw so I’m not too worried about amp draw. I ran my AC and water heater at the same time last weekend. No overload. I may upgrade to what you have done this winter.

Dont have the pictures of the process, but heres some before and after pics and one of the actual display for reference. Once you dissemble the installation is pretty intuitive.
