Looking for a portable, plug-in battery tender that I could hook up to my ‘95 Tournament 225. Does something exist where I could charge both batteries at the same time? Any suggestions?

There are many on-board chargers/maintainers that are designed for dual batteries. Promariner being one of the best. I'm not aware of a "portable" dual charger. Of course you could buy two small maintainers fairly cheap. Recommend you go with the newer "smart" technology chargers which are better for battery life. If you need to recharge a dead or low battery, then a full size charger of 10-20 amps is needed. Guest, Noco, Schumaker, etc. There are several on the market.

No need to over think this or over spend. I use 2 of these Battery tender Jr’s plugged into a 3way plug and extension cord. You’ll need to protect it from the weather unless you pay up for the waterproof version. I forgot and left a hatch open once exposing the charger to rain and that’s all it took.
At lest at $28 it won’t break the bank.
It’s simple and it’s worked well for many years. I just bought my first replacement battery replacing one that lasted 9 years.

Although you can pay more than you should, it is also true that you get what you pay for.

I use solar trickle chargers at my storage and battery tenders as Mike does above at my house. So far works great and simple.

as long as batteries have equal voltage, capacity and state of charge they could be maintained in parallel with one maintainer or charger/maintainer

I got tired of fooling with the maintainers to charge 4 batteries. I still use the maintainers for winter storage of the batteries in my garage but for boating season use, I went with the NOCO Genius Gen 2, 2 bank chargers. So far so good. Mounted in each side and run to a central plug. Battery Tender does make a 2 bank maintainer, Google it.
