I am fixing up my 3rd Grady, a 1993 22 tournament. The duratrim is weathered and doesnt look good.

any recommendations on how to make it look better or replace it?

nobody replied, so I will let everyone know I simply went down to Home Depot, bought some composite trim, and replaced all the old duratrim with this. The boat looks a lot better and I believe newer GWs use a white trim anyway.

Take some pics when you have a chance.

Ill see what I can do - my boats are all wrapped but I just did this for my Voyager and came out looking just as good as the tournament. Ill see if I csn snap a couple of photos Ive been working on it via an access door and space heater even though we have snow here.

Cant get much done during the season because Im too busy working on every elses boats!

Spring is fine. A common issue that folks like to address. Would be good to have a pic to show.

I removed the trim, sanded off the chalky phoney woodgrain. Under that was a nice looking brown color. Hit that with marine varnish installed it all with new screws and looks great. Can post photos if interested

I'll post some pics next time I get into the boat. Cutting new trim was really pretty easy and minimal work, and the bonus is that it costs very little to replace and anyone has access to the materials at their local home depot / Lowes.

Here are a couple of pics of the replacement trim I installed. Material is very cheap at Home Depot. All you need is a chop saw and it's pretty easy to duplicate the duratrim. Still need to do a lot of work to this boat (Voyager 248), but am slowly rehabbing it.
