True, it’s booked to be hung on the boat with a new kicker on March 30th as long as the Corona virus doesn’t hit us too hard here on Vancouver Island.

Whoever rigs it will probably unsnap that Yamaha plug, and use the wiring harness for the Zuke gauge, or gauges. What is that black cable in the last photo? Does the end of it have the same type plug as the fuel flow sensor?

That black cable is my P66 Airmar transducer wire that I just installed. I bought a HDS 12 Live over Christmas, just trying to decide where to install it, I might put it up high so I can see it from the back of the boat or modify the electronics box down low

From the picture you have, holding the cover, it appears you'll be looking around it a lot under most driving conditions - that will get annoying real fast. Most likely, once the bracket is on there, it will even be a bit lower, still.
