A product from Kimball Midwest, Torq "CB" Corrosion Blasting Penetrating Oil.
Used this stuff to disassemble some salt water spinning reels I haven't had apart in a couple of years. Cracker jack stuff. Unlike most other sprays, it cuts through corrosion.
I have no financial interest in this stuff, just letting you know it's well worth the $17. In my book as good as Kroil, if not better.

Where did I read that the best penetrating solution is a 50/50 mix of ATF transmission fluid and acetone?
I haven't tried it but will at some point. On the downside, the article said that it doesn't store well so mix it when you need it.

Actually the 50/50 Trans/Acrtone works very well..... shake before using .... And does even better with heat than commercial oils
