Has anyone found or jury-rigged a replacement for the factory wiper? Blade needs an additional 5-6 inches length to clear the glass at all and there is adequate room. Many thanks.

Take your old wiper to Napa auto parts and tell them it's for a truck. They will have an exact replacement.

Thanks, but actually looking for a new/different solution. The 305 has a single large central pane and (at least 2008 and 2011) comes from the factory with a single small blade that just covers the lower half. In wx, you need to peer through a small hole and the factory size is really incapable of clearing the glass.

There aren't all that many 305's out there, but I can't imagine that some owners haven't been driven crazy and come-up with an improved solution. Love the boat so far, just one engineering miss out of the many they got right.

don't just look at the top of the arc, does the blade hit the sides at all? if not, the arm should be extendable. maybe someone forgot to set it. good luck, ron
