My 2003 express 330 has always had a slight list the port when a rest. I figure it may come from the uneven weight distribution caused by the location of the batteries, ac unit, water tank, fridge. Problem since new. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

My 04 Marlin also had a list to port. Dealer checked for correct location of all the things you mentioned, everything ok. Said the only thing left to do was to add weight to starboard side. They used about 150 lbs. of lead. Boat set perfectly in water and I never noticed any performance deterioration.
I don't know if anything else could have been done, but I was happy and never had a problem with the boat for the 7 years I owned her.

Yes, I observed the same thing on my 330. When my boat is in the slip, engines up, I simply turn the helm so the power heads are leaning to starboard. That balances it out nicely.
