I have the same vintage boat. I believe Grady recommends an oil, I forget what its called but I think its mentioned in the owners manual.
I'll see if I can look it up later and post it.

I saw an older gray that was all re-trimmed with white pvc. It looked ok.

Use Penetrol, brightens up the fake wood.

I have the exact boat and what I did is scuff it up a LITTLE with a palm sander and covered it with SPAR and it looks alot better than it did ALSO if you search the archives here there is a lot of posts on folks redoing the Duratrim

You can try woody wax t on a spot. That stuff works great on fiberglass and plastic. It is a petroleum based product so it will evaporate after a couple of months if in the sun.

Just be cautious with the Penetrol. I'd like to say there was a standard version and a marine version. I haven't seen the marine version in a long time, except online in Australia. I used the marine version on my 1994 228G duratrim about once a season, and it seemed to brighten the material pretty well....

I have a 95 Adventure 208 with a helm cover and the duratrim that is under the cover held up ok. I wiped with boiled linseed oil and it came back beautifully. The duratrim in the cockpit was another story. it was completely faded and yellow. I removed it, sanded, and sprayed with off-white rustoleum 2X Ultra cover paint+primer. So far it is holding up well and looks great.
