Exhausts, lower unit, bunch of misc things that would add up to 8-10k in repairs, which I could bake into price but felt like it was a downward slope, I never made it to boat survey

So here is the new one I have an offer on, of the 7 or so I have seen, this one is by far the best from my eyes, fingers crossed on motor and boat survey on 7/7. It is a 2006 with 250’s

I noticed a few obvious things, but one thing I saw on the RPM dial was the words preventative maintenance scrolling across in one of the toggle screens, what can this be?

Just purchased a 2005. No trailer or AC. Boat is clean and gel coat is in good shape. Motors have 470 hours. One was fine but had to replace a powerhead on the other and did the kits. Paid $23k and will have about $40k in it after repairs, some new parts, new canvas all around from A & J Canvas, recovered bolsters and stern seat cushion from a local. Should be back in the water this week. On sea trial before kits and new powerhead it hit 42 mph at WOT.

PS - as with all my boats, it is named after my wife.

Brought my boat home. Running good. It has a two bank charger which I think I will swap out for a three bank - any recommendations?

Head is not pumping water in but that will be a quick fix that I will handle when the parts arrive.

One other issue - the bilge is filling too quickly. I brought it about 15 miles up the Bay on Friday. Saturday I noticed I pumped a lot of water out. So I went back down today (Sunday) and the bilge ran when I stepped on the boat. Then I flipped on the rear bilge and it pumped for about five minutes. Yesterday when figuring out the head I noticed some water in the front bilge. The manual switch doesn't seem to be working so I pulled up the float and it pumped water.

So, I am getting some water from somewhere and more than just a bit. The livewell, washdown and head discharge seacocks are closed and the livewell and head are dry. I'm thinking I will pull the boat and redo the seacocks and the garboard plug. Does that sound right? That would be washdown seacock, livewell seacock, 2 head seacocks and garboard drain?

I didn't fill the freshwater tank until yesterday so I don't think that is the source.

I figured it was coming from the anchor locker and I hand pumped it out several times to try and determine where it was coming in, but not to the extent of changing the sea cocks. One year after launch I noticed it was higher than usual and did trace that back to the freshwater tank hose during winterization not being reconnected.

Exact same thing happened to me last week. The hot water tank was bypassed to winterize water hoses and the tech just reconnected hoses and never secured them, Normally I do it myself and do not by pass the tank but had just had shoulder surgery so I had it done. Last Sunday the hose let go and I got 30 gallons of fresh water into my forward bilge
