Filling Transducer screw holes on 192

Any suggestions, I have some marine Tex but I was wondering how it would hold Up

Hard to fill screw holes from the outside. because you immediately trap air inside, and can't force the filler in. Go to the Dollar Store and buy a handful of turkey injectors, fill with whatever you are using, and fill the holes from the bottom to the top, backing the heedle out as you fill. Then throw it away. That’s why you bought a handful.
If using a thin filler, like 2 part epoxy, put a piece of masking tape over the hole, mix it right in the syringe, and poke a hole at the top of the screw hole, thru the tape. Have another piece ready to cover it when you remove the needle

Nothing wrong with Marine Tex - it will hold up just fine. The key is more about the prep of the hole. In comparison, epoxy or polyester resin is better, but MT is perfectly suited for this application, as well.

I used a 3/8 countersink bit and filled with marine Tex it’s hard as brick Now,just need to sand down and apply my new stern saver transducer board.

Another easier solution is to countersink the holes a bit and put the old SS screws back in after filling the holes with 5200.

I used the same method as Cabe123 above. Still need to sand it down though.

In general for holes smaller then 1/4 inch, patching epoxy is fine. I would sat that MarineTex falls into the patching epoxy category.
