Do a search for the same vessel on yachtworld.com. Realize that the boats that are selling are the ones in the lower price range of that search. The dreamers are sitting on their boats for quite some time. If you know a broker, they can print a list of boats that sold within the past year, from yachtworld, and the selling price.

BoatUS has a 'BoatUS-ValueCheck' for members. You complete an on-line form and they email you a number. They gave me a value on my boat that I thought was on the high side for this market.

BUC used boat prices is a reliable guide as well. It is published about four times a year to keep prices real current.
Your retail boat dealership will have a copy.
