Congrats! Don't forget to post pictures when you get it!
I pick it up Saturday, but it won't even have the Garmin on it yet. We have friends coming in town on Saturday from Nebraska and one of the stipulations on the sale is that I be able to have it for this weekend and all next week. After that I have to take it back for the electronics. The dealership is about a week behind on installations. Then they are also painting the engine white and installing underwater lights, and that is about a month out. I will definitely post some pictures of the evolution. I haven't been able to sleep the last couple of days just waiting to get out there on the new Grady.
I still can't believe we bought one. We bought our first boat in 2017, a used 20' Nauticstar deckboat for $10K. We didn't want to spend a lot since we didn't evnen know if we liked boating. A year later we upgraded to a 21' SeaFox 216DC. Paid $30K for it, which I thought was really expensive. A year later we bought a house on a canal specifically so we could be closer to our boat and the water. Never ever thought we'd get a high end boat, but here we are. Traded in the SeaFox and decided we wanted to get something really nice...why not a Grady?
