What's up my fellow Grady White Enthusiasts! I hope I found the right place to make this post. I have a 2002 Grady White 282 Sailfish I keep on a lift in the Florida Keys. I am setting the boat up for fishing so far have installed numerous rod holders, outriggers, and ran electric lines for electric reels. Now I want to install a foldable crowsnest tiny tower. Nothing too fancy just something to hold one person in that folds out of the way so I can get under bridges easy. However, it is next to impossible to find somebody to install one in the keys that is even remotely affordable. My question is this: Has anybody installed one? Does anybody know the dimensions I can possibly have it welded elsewhere like in Miami or ft. Lauderdale and install it myself down there? Any thoughts on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I've included some images to show you guys what I'm dealing with.

I wanted something like this for my Sailfish. I opted for a belly hoop and I'm pleased with it. 2 people can stand in it, it has a padded backrest. It easily is installed or removed and held in place with 4 pins, one at each leg. It does take 2 people to install though, as you need one person on the roof and one person to hand it to them from the deck. I thought this would be a problem but you never need it if you are alone so theres that. Its not so tall that I need to ever take it down while underway.

Sounds like something I’d be interested in. Can you post a picture ? Also was it custom made ?
Thanks Greg

I'll try and remember to take a picture. I had it custom made.
