I actually priced a Marlin around 2022, was thinking hard about upgrading. It was $365K then with no trailer, no electronics, just the base boat. I'm not sure my opinion matters but this is a screaming good deal. I bought my 228 new (been burned used on my first boat) but this sort of deal would have gotten me a boat for 50 cents on the dollar.

I just put my 2002 sailfish up for sale, if it sells, I will move to a Marlin, this is exactly what I am looking for, just 60-70K shy of doing a cash deal... Will see how the stars align in the next few weeks.
