Fresh water pump

Fresh water pumpIs humming but no water is passing through the pump just making a humming sound

Sounds like the water tank is empty. The pumps pressure shut off valve/switch will not work if there is not water. Other than that the only thing I can suggest is to check the filter by pump it might be clogged with debris.

Or the motor is locked up. Hammer to the rescue?

Tank is full it does seem to have any psi coming out of it

The other thing to check is the filter. There is typically a cleanable filter between the tank and the pump - often times right at the pump.
